What a goal! Oh my God! David James whiffs and Avram Grant's face says
it all!
It
started out as a relatively good day for Portsmouth, with the Premier
League giving them special permission to sell off their players for
cash they desperately need. But as you can see from the sorry look on
Portsmouth manager Avram Grant's face, things only got worse.
A limping Chelsea side managed to hit Portsmouth for five goals, the
first of which was another one for goalkeeper David James' blooper
reel. In fairness, a craterish divot in the pitch caused the ball
to bounce
unexpectedly and over his attempt to clear. Didier Drogba was
there for Chelsea for the empty net shot, which opened the flood gates
and piled more misery on relegation-bound Portsmouth.
